Peer Instructional Rounds are a collaborative tool in education, which are currently thriving in cooperative innovative high schools like Pender Early College. This non-evaluative approach empowers educators to refine pedagogy, with peers offering invaluable insights. It also allows peers into classrooms to learn from each other to improve instruction and foster collaboration. This session offers a deep dive into Peer Rounds, aiding participants in initiating this impactful practice. The session will include Insights, resources, and a panel discussion with experienced users will equip attendees to cultivate collaborative learning environments within their institutions.
