Teachers and school staff have stressful jobs.  Daily challenges such as providing coverage for staffing shortages, breaking up student fights, interpersonal conflict, or processing vicarious trauma from student neglect/abuse can take a toll if not properly addressed.  Peer support can help staff navigate these challenges while promoting positive mental health, resiliency, teacher retention, and a safer environment for everyone.
